* Design Consultations:
A design consultation is suggested to become familiar with you and your ideas; and what is best for the space. Do you need more than a makeover? Are you trying to add color to your walls? Do you need guidance on what size chair, sofa, artwork, or lighting to buy? In need of a complete redo? We will solve your decorating dilemmas. We can suggest painters, upholstery services, or just about anything to revitalize your home. At this meeting, Jennifer Ellen Frank will review your requirements.
It is very helpful to gather certain information before the consultation. Make a notebook of your ideas and needs. Include magazine clippings that interest you: the color, furniture, fabric, or style. Carefully consider your lifestyle and budget. Jennifer will assist you in developing a realistic budget around a master plan, setting both short-term goals and developing long-range plans that will ensure that the finished project is part of a well-coordinated design.
* Residential Design:
Your home is your physical expression of you. Your surroundings have an impact on you. We will help you to fulfill your design goals and create a beautiful, functional, harmonious home the way you want to live. We start with an initial consultation, measure and photograph, create the design concept and development, space planning, presentation of the design plan including paint colors, fabric choices, furniture; architectural selections, custom built-in cabinetry, window treatments, artwork, decorative lighting; we do the purchasing, plan the coordinating and installation; everything you’ll need to design your home at your pace, your schedule. $175 / hour
* Commercial Design:
You expect your office, restaurant, or place of business to do many things: welcome guests, promote your image, promote sales, and increase productivity. We will collaborate with you to create a space that integrates these functions with a well-thought-out design as the result. We specialize in small to medium size projects. $175 / hour.
* Remodeling and Renovation:
Remodeling and renovating spaces in New York & the tri-state area is working with a special breed. Many have space limitations or unusual shapes. Design challenges may arise with the locations of building wiring, plumbing, structural elements, and other fixed features. Creative and sophisticated thinking is essential to solving these challenges and designing to the maximum potential of your space.

She then creates special color palettes just for you. Most people are afraid of color until they see the beauty on their walls. It changes your entire home. Color animates our world, infusing our surroundings with emotion and vitality. We will help you find the right color to achieve a harmonious flow throughout the rooms. * Feng Shui Consultations:
During the consult, we will examine the space, make some additional analyses and offer recommendations for possible changes and enhancements. These recommendations will assist you in achieving your goals and creating the positive flow you desire.
We aim to work with your aesthetic sense to help you find furniture, accessories, or paint color choices that correlate with the principles of Feng Shui. This will enable us to create the simple, peaceful environment you desire. Specific cures will be given that will best suit your needs to increase your wealth, improve your marriage or relationship, and better health. Many clients do not have the time nor desire to shop for those needed home items. We can locate those items always keeping quality and price in mind. We’ll be glad to help with the decision process. * Buyers Eye Consultation
A home walk-through from a buyer’s perspective. You only get one chance to make a first impression. We provide you with a checklist of enhancements such as what to freshen up, remove, clean, repair, etc. that will help to broaden the home’s appeal to buyers, maximize your financial return, and reduce time on the market. Minimum 2 hours.
